Apply to the Agency
Complete our application packet. Background information, references, family history.

Complete Your Home Study
State-licensed home study in your home state. Background checks, home visit, interviews, adoption education. Typically 3 to 6 months.

Create Your Adoption Profile
A profile book and optional video, the materials birth mothers review when considering your family.
- 05
Wait to Match with a Birth Mother
Our outreach connects you with expectant mothers who choose your profile. Typical wait: 9 to 18 months.

Placement and Consent
Your hospital plan, consent, and the first days after birth, handled with care, respect, and steady support. In Utah, consent cannot be signed until at least 24 hours after birth and may be revoked within 72 hours after signing unless that revocation period is waived in writing.
- 07
Post-Placement and Finalization
Post-placement visits for 3 to 6 months, then court finalization. In Utah, typically within 6 months of placement.
